Dry Needling

Dry needling is a technique used to relieve muscle tension and pain by inserting very thin, sterile needles into tight or irritated areas of muscle, known as trigger points. This helps improve blood flow, reduce inflammation, and restore normal movement, allowing the body to heal more efficiently.

OZONE INJECTIONS

Ozone injections are a natural therapy where a syringe is used to inject a mixture of oxygen and ozone gas directly into the affected area. This targeted treatment boosts oxygen supply, reduces inflammation, and stimulates the body’s natural healing response—offering pain relief and tissue repair without the need for medication or surgery.

SPINAL DECOMPRESSION

Spinal decompression therapy is a non-surgical treatment designed to gently relieve pressure on the discs and nerves of the spine. Using a specialized decompression table, controlled stretching helps create space between the vertebrae, which may reduce pressure, improve mobility, and support the body's natural healing process.

Spinal decompression is commonly used for conditions such as herniated or bulging discs, sciatica, degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, chronic neck or low back pain, and pinched nerves. Our providers will evaluate your condition to determine whether spinal decompression is an appropriate treatment option as part of your personalized care plan.

MASSAGE THERAPY

Massage therapy is a natural, hands-on treatment that helps relieve muscle tension, reduce stress, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or simply looking to feel your best, massage can be an effective part of your overall wellness plan.

Our licensed massage therapists work with your individual needs to help decrease muscle tightness, improve flexibility and range of motion, reduce soreness, and support recovery from everyday activities, sports, and chiropractic care. Massage therapy can be a valuable complement to your treatment plan, helping you move more comfortably and feel your best.

E STIM

Electrical stimulation (E-Stim) is a therapeutic treatment that uses gentle electrical impulses to stimulate muscles and nerves. It can help reduce pain, decrease muscle tension, improve circulation, and support the body's natural healing process.

E-Stim is commonly used to help relieve muscle spasms, reduce discomfort, improve muscle function, and aid recovery after an injury. It is often combined with chiropractic care and other therapies as part of a personalized treatment plan to help you heal, move more comfortably, and get back to the activities you enjoy.

SCRAPING

Scraping is a soft tissue mobilization technique that helps to aid your body in healing from soft tissue injuries.   During your scraping therapy your physician will use a tool to gently “scrape” back and forth over any muscle that is experiencing problems. This is to reduce soft tissue restrictions and muscle restrictions. Scraping can be very helpful to patients that have scar tissue, fascia restrictions, and strained muscles.

CUPPING THERAPY

Cupping therapy is a gentle soft tissue treatment that uses suction cups to help relieve muscle tension, increase blood flow, improve mobility, and support the body's natural healing process.

It is commonly used to help reduce soreness, improve recovery, and relieve neck, back, and shoulder discomfort. Cupping is often combined with chiropractic care and massage therapy for enhanced results.

Temporary circular marks may appear after treatment and typically fade within a few days.

Taping microscopically lifts the skin away from the muscle and fascia below, creating a decompressive effect.

CLASS 4 LASER

Class 4 Laser Therapy works by flooding the tissues with photons, energizing the damaged cells and increasing circulation to the painful area. This produces a cascade of healing responses in your body, reducing inflammation, thereby reducing or even eliminating your pain.

Prenatal Adjustments (Webster Technique)

The Webster Technique is a gentle chiropractic adjustment designed specifically for pregnancy. It focuses on improving the alignment and mobility of the pelvis and reducing tension in the surrounding muscles and ligaments. By promoting better pelvic balance, the Webster Technique may help create more comfort throughout pregnancy and support optimal positioning for the baby.

Many expectant mothers seek the Webster Technique to help with pregnancy-related low back pain, pelvic discomfort, hip pain, round ligament pain, and overall mobility. It is a safe, gentle approach performed by chiropractors who have received specialized training in the technique.

Pediatric Adjustment

Our pediatric chiropractic care uses gentle, age-appropriate techniques to support your child's growing body. From infants to teenagers, chiropractic adjustments are tailored to each child's size, development, and individual needs.
