Everyday Chiropractic Care
Helping you move better, feel better, and enjoy everyday life.
Everyday activities, repetitive movements, prolonged sitting, and physical stress can contribute to muscle tension, joint stiffness, and discomfort. We provide personalized chiropractic care for patients experiencing back pain, neck pain, headaches, joint discomfort, and limited mobility. Our doctors use a variety of chiropractic techniques tailored to your individual needs, comfort level, and treatment goals.
Whether you're dealing with a new injury, ongoing discomfort, or simply looking to maintain mobility and stay active, our goal is to help you move more comfortably and get back to doing what you love.
Sports Chiropractic & Recovery
Move better. Recover stronger. Get back in the game.
Whether you're a competitive athlete, weekend warrior, or simply enjoy an active lifestyle, your body needs to move well to perform at its best. We take a personalized approach to sports chiropractic care, focusing on injury recovery, mobility, and helping you stay active.
Our approach combines chiropractic expertise with a strong foundation in exercise physiology, biomechanics, and firsthand athletic experience. We understand the physical demands of training, competition, and recovery, and use that knowledge to develop individualized treatment plans that address more than just the area causing discomfort.
Treatment may include chiropractic adjustments, myofascial release, and instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy (scraping) to address muscle tension and restricted movement. Depending on your needs, additional therapies such as cupping, heat and electrical stimulation, or Class IV laser therapy may be recommended. For certain injuries or persistent conditions, dry needling or ozone injections may also be considered when appropriate.
Recovery doesn't stop when you leave our office. We may also provide personalized stretches and exercises based on your specific injury or condition to help support your progress between visits.
Whether you're recovering from an injury, dealing with repetitive strain, or looking to improve your mobility and physical performance, our goal is to help you move better, recover effectively, and get back to doing what you love.

Auto Accident & Injury
Focused on your recovery. Here to help you navigate the process.
Being involved in a car accident can be overwhelming, especially when you're dealing with pain, injuries, insurance questions, and the uncertainty of what comes next. At High Point, we provide personalized care to help you recover from accident-related injuries and get back to your everyday activities.
Even minor collisions can result in neck pain, back pain, whiplash-related symptoms, headaches, muscle tension, and restricted mobility. Some symptoms may not appear immediately following an accident, which is why a timely evaluation can be important.
Personalized Treatment for Accident-Related Injuries
Our doctors take the time to evaluate your injuries, understand your symptoms, and develop an individualized treatment plan based on your needs. Care may include chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapies, and other supportive treatments to help address pain, improve mobility, and support your recovery.
Working With Your Attorney
We understand that recovering from an auto accident often involves more than just medical treatment. Our office regularly works with personal injury attorneys and can communicate with your legal team, provide treatment records, and help ensure your care is properly documented throughout the recovery process. Our goal is to make the process as straightforward as possible so you can focus on what matters most — your recovery.
Did You Know? Your Auto Insurance May Help Cover Your Treatment.
Utah is a no-fault insurance state, which means most standard auto insurance policies include Personal Injury Protection (PIP) coverage.
PIP provides at least $3,000 per person in medical expense benefits for eligible accident-related injuries, regardless of who caused the accident. Some policies offer higher coverage limits.
This coverage may help pay for chiropractic evaluations and medically necessary treatment following a car accident, depending on your policy and the circumstances of your claim. We're familiar with treating patients using auto injury benefits and can help you understand the information needed to begin the insurance process.
